I am a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and am currently working towards my Ayurvedic Practitioner Certification. As an avid yogi, I am also pursuing my yoga certification to deepen my practice and share its benefits with others.

I am also a Reiki Master. My journey in holistic health is complemented by my strong background in coaching and business development.Reiki is a gentle energy-based practice that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

I hold a Master's degree in Business with a concentration in Healthcare, which has equipped me with the skills to support and guide others in their search for wellness. My journey has brought me full circle to help others grow and thrive.

Begin with simple poses and gradually increase intensity as your body adjusts. It’s important to listen to your body and progress at your own pace.
Very little is required to start. Basic spices for digestion, a quality oil for self-massage, warm water or herbal teas, and a consistent daily rhythm are the foundation. Awareness and routine matter more than products.
Midday is considered the ideal time for the largest meal, when digestion is strongest. Eating at regular times and only when truly hungry supports healthy digestive fire (agni).
